Return and refund policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your bag does not meet your expectations, we make returns and exchanges simple.

Return Period

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Free from signs of wear or damage

Exchange Window

Exchanges may be requested within 10 days of delivery. If the desired bag is unavailable, you may choose another item or request a refund.

Refund Timing

After receiving and inspecting your returned bag, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos. We will replace it or provide a full refund at no additional cost.

Non-returnable Items

Certain items, such as personalized bags, cannot be returned unless defective upon delivery.
